Comment by aydinz Be aware that while other comments say you can keep gathering clusters for further on in the quest chain if you don't want to abort mid raid, that this only possibly applies to actual clusters as any and all shadowy gems you have in your inventory will be removed when you turn the quest in, whether you have or you will end up with an empty slot in your bag.
